Customer Focused = More Sales

Does your website focus on your customer? Or is it all about your company, ‘we do this’, ‘this is our policy’, ‘we are great’, ‘believe in us’, etc?

Take a minute to look at the text on your homepage. Now count the pronouns that refer to you  as a company vs. those that refer to your customers, as in ‘you’and ‘your’.

I just did this for Sparklift’s homepage and in its current form and out of 100+ words there are four instances of ‘you’ or ‘your’ and none of ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, etc.
